Bryant Capital Advisors ("BCA," "we," "us") operates bryantca.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why we collect it, and who else sees it. It covers this website only — not the separate agreements that govern a listing, lease, or advisory engagement.

Information we collect

There are two kinds.

Information you give us. When you submit the “Request a Tour” form on a property page, we receive the name, email address, and phone number you enter, the business type you describe, and a note of which property page you submitted from. We collect this only when you choose to send it. There is no account to create on this site, and we never ask for payment details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records ordinary technical details when you visit — the pages you view, the approximate location your internet connection resolves to, your browser and device type, and the site or advertisement that referred you. This comes from the advertising and analytics tools described below.

How we use it

We use what you submit through the tour form to respond to your inquiry, answer questions about the property, and arrange a tour. A member of our leasing team receives it directly by email. We may keep it on file so we can follow up about that property or bring you comparable space later.

We use the automatically collected information to understand which pages and listings draw interest, to see which advertisements are working, and to keep the site functioning correctly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to unrelated third parties.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise our listings on Google and on Meta’s platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and both need to know when an advertisement produced a result. To make that possible, this site loads two measurement tools:

• Google Ads conversion tracking. A Google tag on each page records that a visit occurred and reports back to Google when a tour request is submitted, so we can tell which search advertisements are effective.
• The Meta Pixel. A Meta tag does the same for our Facebook and Instagram advertising. We have also enabled Meta’s advanced matching feature: when you submit the tour form, your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible scrambled value in your own browser and that value — not the address or number itself — is sent to Meta so it can recognize a match against its own records. Meta does not receive your contact details in readable form from this site.

Both tools may set cookies in your browser and may be used to show you our advertisements again after you leave the site. Our web pages are served by Vercel, and our typefaces load from Google Fonts, each of which necessarily receives your IP address in order to deliver the page.

Who we share information with

Tour requests reach the Bryant Capital Advisors leasing team and are stored in a Google Sheet we maintain for that purpose. Where a property is owned by a client, we share relevant inquiries with that owner or their representative, which is the whole point of submitting one.

Beyond that, information reaches only the service providers that operate this site and our advertising — Google, Meta, and Vercel — and anyone we are required to disclose to by law or by a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

We keep tour requests for as long as we are actively marketing the property and for a reasonable period afterward, since a prospect for one building is often a prospect for the next. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can decline the tour form entirely and reach us by phone or email instead — our details are below and on our contact page.

You can limit advertising tracking through your browser’s cookie settings, through Google’s My Ad Center, and through the ad preferences inside your Facebook or Instagram account. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies outright. Doing any of this will not affect your ability to use this site or to contact us.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.

Children

This site markets commercial real estate to businesses and investors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will revise this page and update the date at the top.
